THIS WEEK’S HOST: Con Air – The Podcast

Bowfinger arrives at the Ramsey estate, just in time to see Hal the Agent fishtail out of the front gates. Bowfinger steps between the closing gates and heads toward the house.

A Lincoln Towncar with the license plate MINDHEAD pulls up to the front entryway of the estate.

“Get my door just as fast as you get Tom Hanks’s!” yells Kit at the chauffeur.

“Yes, Mr. Ramsey,” says the chauffeur.

“Wait, wait, wait. Who are you?” Kit asks Bowfinger, who is walking up to Ramsey with his Chubby Rain script.

“They just buzzed me in,” lies Bowfinger. “Script delivery from Paramount.”

“I ain’t expectin’ no script from Paramount,” says Ramsey.

“I mean Universal,” says Bowfinger.

“Maybe so. Come on,” Ramsey waves at Bowfinger for the script.

“Gotta have you sign,” says Bowfinger, holding out a piece of paper.

“I ain’t signin’ sh*t,” says Ramsey.

“It’s all good. It’s all good,” says Bowfinger. This script is buttah.”

“What?” asks Ramsey.
“Buttah, buttah,” repeats Bowfinger. “This stuff is buttah. It’s uh, it’s uh, it’s uh… It’s…it’s all good. It’s a jiggy baby.”

“Wait,” says Ramsey. “How you know it’s all good and jiggy baby?”

“I was reading it on the way over,” says Bowfinger. “Hope you don’t mind.”

“You read my script?” asks Ramsey.

“Yes,” replies Bowfinger. “And you know what I loved about this script? It’s a twist on the usual.”
