Dave, on speaker: “Beep coming!” [beep]
“Dave, can you get me a Mercedes tomorrow?” says Bowfinger. “And I want you to find out when and where Jerry Renfro is having lunch. Just do it. Don’t think about it. Just do it. You’re my buddy. ” He hangs up.

Bowfinger makes another call. “Come on,” he says as the phone rings.
“Hello?” says Afrim, answering the phone
“Afrim? It’s Bowfinger. Great script!” says Bowfinger
“It is?” says Afrim.

“You wrote a great script,” says Bowfinger. “Your accounting days are over.”
“Ha! He likes my script!” says Afrim to his family.
“Afrim? Afrim? Just be here tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.” says Bowfinger.
“Yes, boss!” says Afrim.
“10:00 a.m.” adds Bowfinger.

Bowfinger makes another call.

“Slater.” says Bowfinger, before Slater responds.
“Who is this?” asks Slater.

“Bowfinger. Don’t hang up,” says Bowfinger.
“Bye,” says Slater.
“Just be here tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.” says Bowfinger.
“Ah, man, that’s early,” says Slater.
“Big meeting, 10:00 a.m. Please?” asks Bowfinger.
