Carol is driving through Beverly Hills, and she notices Kit Ramsey entering a men’s clothing store.

In the clothing store, one of Kit’s entourage is wearing a black jacket and black t-shirt.

“Yeah, that’s sharp,” says Kit. “Do the thing.”

His assistant holds up a photo of Kit’s face over his own face.

“Yeah, I’m gonna look good in that. That’s bad,” says Kit. “Take care of that. Send it up to the house for me.”

Carol quietly enters the store.

“Mr. Ramsey,” says the store manager, “the store would be happy to offer you these clothes without charge if you’d come back Friday. Let us take a picture for L.A. Style magazine of you wearing the clothes.”

“Oh, I can do that,” replies Kit. “It’s gonna cost you $1,000. I’ll be here Friday, four o’clock.”

“I’m sure that could be arranged,” says the manager.

“Alright. Hundred-dollar bills,” specifies Kit.

“Right,” says the manager.

Carol walks up behind Kit and starts talking to him, circling Kit as he slowly stands up.

“I know that I’m not supposed to be doing this,” begins Carol, “but I just want you to know that you were so real in your response to the aliens. I mean, I wasn’t even sure that I could be a pod person, but now of course I’m enjoying it because you made the aliens come alive.”
